Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the contract is signed and the required deposit is received. Dates are not held without confirmation.

Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking (in case of a full day shoot), with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the shoot. Payment details will be shared upon confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable in the case of rescheduling, subject to availability and notice period.

Turnaround Time

Final images are typically delivered within the agreed timeline after the shoot. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Retouching & Editing

All final images are professionally edited in my signature style. Requests for additional retouching or revisions can be discussed and may incur extra fees.

Creative Direction

While collaboration is encouraged, creative direction remains part of my process and visual identity. Final image selection and editing reflect my artistic approach.

Travel & Expenses

For projects outside my base location, travel and accommodation costs may apply and will be discussed in advance.

Image Archiving

Final images are archived for a limited period after delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.
